Guarda's non-custodial wallet model does not make every integrated service anonymous or exempt from applicable law. Fiat purchase, sale, exchange, loan and other providers can apply identity verification, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, geographic restrictions and order limits under their own policies.

This informational website does not perform provider verification or decide whether an order is accepted. Review the provider identity, final quote, privacy notice and compliance terms displayed before submitting personal documents or funds.

Never send identity documents through an unverified support chat, and never disclose a recovery phrase or private key as part of a compliance check.
